Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist

We aren't your typical speech therapy practice, and we aren't looking for a typical SLP.
We are looking for a driven, communicative, and compassionate clinician to join our team in providing high-quality speech services to children ages 18 months to 18 years. This is a unique, community-based role serving families in homes, schools, and daycares throughout Davidson County, TN.

We are looking for a dedicated and clinical-minded Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to build to a full-time position. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based intervention for children ages 18-months to 18 years while maintaining the flexibility that a part-time schedule offers.
We value clinicians who are passionate about functional outcomes and collaborative care. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and working closely with families, caregivers, and educational staff to ensure our clients reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 therapy sessions tailored to client-specific goals.
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and stuttering evaluations.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (SOAP notes, progress reports).
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic support.
